全球化浪潮中，东盟各国城市作为多元文化的汇聚地，拥有丰富独特的文化资源。城市文化、人文艺术等在城市发展中扮演重要角色，以“海上丝绸之路”历史纽带为背景，聚焦中国与东盟国家现代城市文化的交融与创新。通过“城市对话”“人文传承”“艺术创新”三大维度，展现两地城市在全球化浪潮中如何守护传统、碰撞灵感、共创未来，打造一场跨越国界的视觉与思想盛宴。此次活动通过数字艺术展能展现东南亚“一带一路”中国与东盟国之间的文化魅力，促进文化交流与合作。

In the wave of globalization, cities in ASEAN countries, as converges of diverse cultures, possess rich and unique cultural resources. Urban culture, humanistic art, etc. play an important role in urban development. Against the backdrop of the historical bond of the “Maritime Silk Road”, this paper focuses on the integration and innovation of modern urban culture between China and ASEAN countries. Through the three dimensions of “Urban Dialogue”, “Humanistic Inheritance” and “Artistic Innovation”, it showcases how the two cities safeguard traditions, collide inspirations and jointly create the future in the tide of globalization, creating a visual and intellectual feast that transcends national boundaries. This event, through the digital art exhibition, can showcase the cultural charm between China and ASEAN countries along the “Belt and Road Initiative” in Southeast Asia, promoting cultural exchanges and cooperation.
