VIDAK 2026

This international exchange exhibition will be held in conjunction with the IJCC 2026 International Academic Conference at Kathmandu Model College in Nepal.

Nepal is a country where nature, divinity, and everyday life have coexisted harmoniously under the embrace of the Himalayas. Although Korea and Nepal are geographically distant, they share a common understanding of life and the world through colors derived from mountains, sky, earth, and light.

The colors of the two cultures have been formed in different ways, but they share a deep connection in their spiritual approach to observing nature and the world. Through this exhibition, we hope to introduce the colors of Korea and discover points where they naturally resonate with Nepal’s traditional colors in the works of international design artists. Additionally, we look forward to artists from each participating country interpreting ‘Korean colors’ anew through their own cultural backgrounds and artistic languages.
